The information was interesting. I have not had training nor experience in this part of my field, however I am interested in using in future as I my experience level grows. There were acronyms and non-OT portions that were more about the actual contracting that I was useful but not yet familiar.

I currently work in a SNF and sending people home, either alone or with family with services. I have also worked in Home Care and have come upon many cases where this information will be of great value to me. I worked in Manhattan, (New York) for seven years, so I can pretty much keep up an enthusiastic pace. But my perception is that most viewers would have to "re-wind" frequently during this presentation to ensure that all the information that was given was effectively received. One would want to do this because it was all truly interesting, informative and pertinent.
