I was pleasantly surprised by this course. It helped me to understand how I can help myself within my own situation as well as work with others. I’ve often been told that I’m a quiet leader although I do not seek out that position or title. I learned that I am an obliger that likes words of affirmation. I can use this in my new position as I settle in. I can also use what I’ve learned to understand others on my teams better.

At any given moment any person can be in any given quadrant. From one day to the next people can change. No one person is always a rebel, upholder, etc. We may lean a certain way, but depending on the job, task, or activity people will have different degrees of enthusiasm. Sometimes I like acts of service vs gifts and so on. The same applies to others. It is good information. I learned something new. I have studied this for many years. I have my own set of principles. LOVE: Respect, Accept, and Inclusion. People are motivated by rewards and/or incentives assuming all the other 3 parts are honored. It may take a bit more to explain here. Thank you again.

I thought I understood the course but apparently not. I've gotten 100% on all other courses and I got a 60% on this course and an 80% the second time around. I barely passed and apparently don't understand the material. Unless the test questions were very difficult compared to other courses, I apparently didn't comprehend much from the course.
