Very understandable and applicable. I really liked that she gave examples of adaptive equipment, etc. I wasn’t sure I wanted to listen to this presentation at the beginning because I wasn’t sure how applicable it would be, but it was amazing course it really opened up my horizons and the areas of dysphasia and feeding issues.

This course is good for learning about the anatomy, physiology and the evaluations of dysphagia. This course gave us lots of information about the conditions/ diagnosis in which dysphagia will be more prone (red flag). So, we can evaluate and treat the patients in various ways and what types of instruments should use.

Some of the content, particularly in the intervention and treatment section, didn't flow well and bounced around. Would appreciate more connection between clinical observation/evaluation results and recommendations. If a patient has any symptoms of aspiration, should they immediately be made NPO until a speech eval can be completed, even if it may be multiple days?
