Maura is an occupational therapist who has worked in adult rehabilitative medicine across various care settings. In addition to practicing as a clinician, she has experience in robotics, cutting-edge technologies, and clinical trials for neurological populations. Maura is a Certified Telehealth Facilitator and a peer reviewer for the American Journal of Occupational Therapy. Her research interests include the use of technology platforms for motor and learning outcomes. Maura holds a master’s in occupational therapy from Columbia University and a bachelor’s in human development from Cornell University.

Sarah Walsh is the Occupational Therapy Learning and Simulation Developer at Simucase. She is an occupational therapist with experience in adult rehabilitation and community mental health practice. Most recently, she was faculty and Academic Fieldwork Coordinator in a Master of Occupational Therapy program. She has served as the President of the Gateway Occupational Therapy Education Council and has volunteered for the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA) and the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT). Sarah earned a master’s degree in occupational therapy and a bachelor’s degree in occupational science from Saint Louis University.
