Of courses taken (45hr+) you actually used pictures and moved the cursor/pointer to the structures and areas you were discussing as you were discussing them, which is excellent. Most other presenters use the 1st couple slides to name/discuss anatomical structures without images or have images and discuss them but don't use the cursor/pointer. As the audience that becomes very tough. I was so happy to see that you not only used images but also cursor when discussing anatomy/structures. Thanks.

The presentation and teaching style of Dr Bondoc facilitates the learning of the mechanics of this complex area of human anatomy. Anatomy is anatomy, but nothing beats a good educator! I really liked the presentation of the kinematic chains, and in my mind, prior Anatomy Trains training integrated the rest of this lecture.

Careful and repeated explanation of the coupled muscle groups, with hand demonstrations, drawings, and relevant examples to our patients (not elite athletes, just regular people with diagnosis of "shoulder pain"). An organized approach to explain the kinematics, anatomy and biomechanics first and then in later parts progressing to the next steps is helpful.
