Not a good course. Hard to follow. Instructor was not engaging. Way too much info. Tried to cram too much in. Very disappointing.

Presenter was poor at explaining medical information, frequently skipped over slides without discussion, included graphs in the power point that were not labeled, included information that was unclear (i.e. exercise recommendations in the power point did not specify frequency such as per day, per week, per month), etc. The course was hard to follow, with maybe the exception of some functional recommendations near the end.

I like the emphasis on having patients learn to manage their own symptoms and be proactive in putting into practice taught techniques. I find it is easy to teach patients energy conservation techniques and to monitor their vital signs but it is not always easy to involve them in planning and putting the information into practice. It was a good reminder.

I initially just listened to the audio of this course, which is not conducive to my learning style, so I feel the content did not absorb as well. I plan to go back and rewatch it while I go through the powerpoint. However, I do think it was very useful information and provided a good overview of the cardiac/heart functions, evaluation, assessment, and treatment of patients with HF.

There appeared to be many slides that were only touched on or skipped entirely. Did not go into therapy treatment ideas other than energy conservation. I was hoping to learn something new, as I have tons of HF patients. But, this was just general and basic info.

The content in the slides looked very good, but a lot of it was skipped without full explanations or definitions given. There were a lot of acronyms in the slides that weren't mentioned so I can't interpret the slides myself as they weren't covered in the lecture. And one of the questions in the exam was one of the slides that was skipped. It felt rushed and I think a 2 hour lecture would have been better.
