Kim covers alot of territory, and beautifully synthesized the interactions or relationship between yoga and lymphatic system, highlighting the remarkable importance of spine movment and breath and relatinshlp between breath and the lymph system. Her voice reflects a great deal of sensitivity, and insight, that her experience with yoga and the lymph system via what seems a dedicated personal yoga, breath, and meditation practice. Opening practice set the tone and brought alive didactic theory.

It was helpful to learn how yoga breathing and the lymphatic system are linked. This is the 2nd yoga class I've taken on OT.com. It was a great introduction, but feel that it would best be integrated with a full restorative yoga certification. It has definitely interested me in pursuing restorative yoga further and expanded my thoughts as to areas restorative yoga can address.

The presenter had a very soothing voice and moved through the information very slowly for my taste. I would have loved listening to her if we were taking a yoga class but as a presenter of continuing education it was a little difficult to attend for me. Her information was excellent though and definitely helped me to see how to incorporate yoga into my practice. I really loved this presentation and would like further information and ways to incorporate this into practice.

The course handouts did not include slides that the instructor used. Content in the presentation did not flow from one point to another as seamlessly as I expect from the presenters included on occupationaltherapy.com. Also, not all of the presenter’s concepts are backed by science, namely right versus left nostril breathing—studies are inconclusive on this one.
