I liked the breakdown of physical, mental and behavior stress. It it on one powerpoint and easy for me to post on my wall during discussions with clients. Many of my clients complain of lack of focus and fatigue which lead to social withdrawal. I am looking for different ways to help different clients have a better awareness of how their stress is affecting their performance.
