The order/organization of the information as it was presented was confusing and difficulty to follow - she was often saying things that weren't on the presentation, and it was difficult to follow. The content she was going over was dense and valuable, but it was hard to track with her.

I liked the class becasue it was based on a case study of a seven year old boy. The speaker is very knowledgable on vision issues and discusses the Hiarchy of visual development and how vision issue present themselves in the school environment and in the child in the case study. Following a case study is super helpful at getting a feel on what to look for when trying to help children with oculomotor and perceptual vision challenges.

Great presentation of strategies and use of research for Visual assessments and what they highlight for visual challenges in the classroom. It is often difficult to link testing in visual-motor skills and correlate them to reading/language skills. Use of motor control interventions and incorporating activities for vestibular/postural control was also very helpful!

Ms. Quint presented all of her content in a very succinct, organized visual manner for ease of understanding, which I can go back to and use a visual reference when analyzing my own students to determine strengths and deficits areas. She was enthusiastic, cited many examples of treatment activities, including them for future reference in her PowerPoint, and continued to cite how "whole body" activities integrate and improve visual skills.
