I really really liked this course because the instructor walked us through performing the series of Qi gong exercises in supine, seated, and standing. It is has added to my tool box in my clinic with patients who have CTR, CTS, wrist fractures, etc. It appears safe and slow and meditative and can't wait to incorporate in my treatments.

I like the presentation of qigong in supine. As stated sometimes it is very hard to get patients out of bed. After a session or two , there is so much therapeutic value in simple bed mobility. I visualize that qigong lying down can be motivating and definitely less stressful. to the client.
