Excellent instruction and verbal guided directions. As a Tai chi and Qigong instructor I thank you for this session for others to pursue self-care through the art of qigong. Your breakdown of this very ancient practice to a simple easy to follow 20 min session was truly enjoyable.

This course was excellent because it had both a teaching and experiential component. When courses actually incorporate the experiential course, a person actually learns. In addition, the presenter had a welcoming, warm, and inviting style.

Everything about her and her presentation. She has a very nice demeanor and way of presenting information; the information, especially in combination with video were so easy to follow and motivating to perform. The pace she brought us through was perfect. One of the best teachers I have had and probably the best on this platform. Thank you!

I am only disappointed because I was under the impression that "for self-care" was regarding physical self care tasks. My brain did not think twice that it could be referring to emotional/psychological self-care. Maybe "emotional well-being" or something similar would be a bit more clear. I was hoping to bridge breathing, movement and mindfulness with self-care versus using it as a preparatory activity. The topic was interesting nonetheless.

This class is a wonderful intro to the practice of Qigong. Qigong is so good for ones health and emotional state it is truely meditation to movement. My helath has improve tremedously with the daily practice of Qigong and it is such a great tool to use with clients. The class includes Amy Starkey's Qi in 3 Model which is easy to follow as well as some Qigong pressure points.
