This presenter was absolutely wonderful. I enjoyed the class and brushing up on my ADA since being in my OT program. I would say for Question 5: I think that more visuals and time would need to be spent to increase score but likely there isn't enough time in one hour. A handout with information or a link within the slide to say where to find a guide might be helpful (don't remember if that was there or not). Love the links handout for the class as well.

Excellent information to facilitate Occupational Therapists to be advocates for our patients. Great facts on areas I did not know about (like the "grandfather clause" not being a real thing) and specifics on reasonable or unreasonable accommodations in the work environment. Very helpful to me in working with my SCI population of clients. Between this course and her course on Travelling in a Wheelchair, I have learned a lot!

I LOVE that the presenter has first hand stories to share, about the challenges that are out there! The story-telling took a potentially boring topic and brought it to LIFE. In addition, the resource links and information we can reference in the future are sooo helpful. TOTALLY USEFUL information, things we should all know by heart. I am disgusted how many nursing home and elder care facilities who cater to those in wheelchairs do not meet even near these standards. Great class, excellently presented and easy to understand. Can feel the passion for the subject in every paragraph. This should be required for all OTs.
