This was an excellent course and one that I found to be very practical, bringing added insights into perhaps some of the reasons I may be experiencing feelings of procrastination, inefficiency, lack of sleep, anxiety, and stress. It was so helpful to be able to identify the stages of burnout, and to think about some practical "nuggets" of truth to self-assess my own burnout and the reasons that I may be feeling how I do at times. Excellent course for anyone experiencing stress at work/home.

Mira organized the presentation really nicely. She reminded the audience that the the things she suggests at times are things we have all heard. Yet she provides examples that are relevant and common in all settings. Overall, I found this to be highly effective.

Mira is such a dynamic speaker! Burnout has felt like this bubble or umbrella over life that can be hard to get out from and can feel suffocating.
