I like the way she begin with the breathing exercise and her presentation was very informative and helpful on how to de-stress, but also how to approach certain situations and think differently before responding or allowing emotions to consume you. As humans we " feel " but what are we going to do with those feelings, how can we express them positively.

This is such an underrated area that deserves more attention. My husband is a physician and I have many friends in all forms of the medical field. I have a friend whose mission is an advocacy project on this exact topic in addition to promoting awareness about the increase in suicide in health care workers and first responders.
