The instructor communicated clearly and in full words (rather than multiple abbreviations as is often seen). The visual aids assisted with understanding what was being communicated too. Research findings were included in an interesting and applicable manner. I can already see myself explaining the use of an orthosis or movement to a patient using the interesting research findings, but without it being difficult to understand (e.g. 1kg of pinching force translating to 12kg at the CMC joint).

She provided plenty of examples throughout the entire course. I especially found the videos very helpful and I liked how she also talked everyone through what she was looking for and why that particular orthotic was used and included the names of the materials that were chosen. She also completed thorough research which she presented to back up her claims.
