This course was excellent. I truly learned so much about the importance of outdoor spaces and getting clients out in nature; not just because this used to be their favorite occupation; but because it is good for their mind and body. I would love to help design safe outdoor spaces for seniors at my facility, to help facilitate their mental health and wellbeing (while also getting some therapy done!) Thanks so much.
