I deal with a lot of bed bound Pts. And bed mobility is an important part of ADLs. I have some lazy Pts that try to get out of Tx by staying in bed . Now I have an arsenal of activities that are functional, gradable and challenging that I can use to motivate them. Besides this I have verbiage to articulate what I'm doing.
